1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 898jl website at 898jl.vip, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity offered by 898jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 898jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. 898jl is licensed to operate within the Philippines. Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
3. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or by 898jl.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 898jl or its affiliated entities.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on 898jl, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to all 898jl accounts:

1. One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 898jl. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances from accounts in excess of the permitted single account.
2. Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to false names, dates of birth, or Philippine mobile numbers — is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 898jl will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Notification of compromise: You must immediately notify 898jl customer support if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
5. Know Your Customer (KYC): 898jl may require identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing withdrawals or lifting deposit limits. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

898jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as published on the platform from time to time.

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
2. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to fund the 898jl account or that has been approved through the KYC verification process. This policy exists to prevent money laundering in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Processing times: 898jl endeavours to process e-wallet (GCash, Maya) withdrawals within one (1) business hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Delays may occur during system maintenance or where additional verification is required.
4. Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the 898jl account settings. Players with enhanced KYC status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
5. Bonus funds: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
6. Currency: All transactions on 898jl are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 898jl is not responsible for foreign exchange costs or currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

898jl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus balance.
2. One bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per player, one per household IP address, and one per payment method. 898jl reserves the right to withhold bonus credits where abuse is detected.
3. Welcome bonus: The 898jl welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an 898jl account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
4. Game contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution table is published on the 898jl promotions page.
5. Bonus abuse: 898jl reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where a player engages in low-risk betting patterns, systematic exploitation of bonus offers, or any behavior determined by 898jl to constitute bonus abuse.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 898jl platform are governed by the rules specific to each game type. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

1. All bets must be placed using funds available in your 898jl real-money wallet. Bets may not be placed on credit.
2. Once a bet is confirmed and the gaming round commences, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify bet amounts and selections before confirmation.
3. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. 898jl's decision on game malfunction outcomes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 898jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (including in poker, bingo, or live dealer games)
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the 898jl platform's software or security systems
• Using the 898jl platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming
• Accessing 898jl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 898jl platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 898jl platform without the express prior written consent of 898jl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 898jl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 898jl platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming credits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

898jl's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 898jl's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

898jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering a 898jl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 898jl Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

898jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
